Note for Current Families
SUBJECT: Records and Reporting – Repayment of Fees
Detailed records are kept of all fee payments and pre-payments!
If families withdraw from the preschool partway through the school year, all post-dated cheques from the month following the written notice until May will be returned (June tuition pre-payment acts as tuition for the last month of enrollment). If the number of days a child attends decreases, families can opt to edit post-dated cheques or cheques will be returned and new ones written with the accurate amount. If families have overpaid a fee or are otherwise owed money for services not rendered, payment will be returned or a refund will be issued.
